We work with major carriers and manufacturer-direct locations to keep orders moving quickly while maintaining visibility around cutoffs, tracking, and restrictions.
Carrier Support
South Electronics ships through leading carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, XPO, Southeast, and UPS Freight. Customers are encouraged to use their business shipping accounts for all orders except USPS.
Same-Day Windows
Orders ship from Dothan, Alabama or directly from select franchised manufacturer locations. In-stock orders placed before the applicable cutoff time typically ship the same day.
Tracking
You will receive shipping confirmation within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking emails include purchase order references, shipping methods, and shipment destination details.
Shipping Cutoff Times
Factory-stock orders may require 12 to 36 hours of processing. For Dothan shipments, use these daily cutoff references:
- 12:30 PM Pacific Time
- 1:30 PM Mountain Time
- 2:30 PM Central Time
- 3:30 PM Eastern Time
